People We Care About
Following is a feature in the Message, designed to help draw together the People of God in southwestern Indiana. Readers are invited to submit information about people who may benefit by some extra prayers and attention.
In a recent e-mail, Bishop Gerald A. Gettelfinger writes, “Some have asked about Clarence [Schutte].
“Clarence has been in the hospital for a couple of weeks. They ran many, many tests. In the long term they diagnosed ‘gout’ in the both knees and right foot.
“Please keep him and Lorene in your prayers.”
Clarence is currently in charge of maintenance at the bishop’s house; he is a former Catholic Center employee.
