St. Joseph, Jasper Senior Program, meets each Tuesday after 8 a.m. Mass in the Activity Center, St. Joseph, Jasper; March 18 presentation on Home Medical Equipment; blood pressure checks, walking, stretching/exercises designed for the senior population, information on general health; program sponsored by the St. Joseph Parish Nurs-ing/Health Ministry.

Support Groups

Weight Loss

Well on Your Weigh, Mondays, March 9-April 13, 5:30-6:30 p.m., Memorial Hospital Pavilion Classroom, Jasper; six-week weight management program includes a calorie screening plus weekly weigh-ins and group educational sessions; discussion topics include balancing calories, goal setting, overcoming barriers, controlling portions; tips for success, eating out, overcoming emotional eating; program cost $99; to enroll or for more information call (812) 481-8420.

My Weight: Staying on Track, Mondays, March 9-April 13, 6-6:45 p.m., Memorial Hospital South-side Office, Jasper; six-week staying on track course for those who have participated in the Well on Your Weigh program; continues weekly weigh-ins and educational topics; $52/person; for more information call (812) 481-8420.
