Learn about Divine Mercy Chaplet, Life of St. Faustina
Deacon Earl Ruppel, Judith Ruppel, Lita Matick, Sara Bilskie, Zoe Cannon, Father Jason Gries, Julie Marchino, Denise Gartner, Julie Verkamp and Phyllis Haag are involved in the planning of adult faith formation sessions on the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the life of St. Faustina. Deacon Earl is the pastoral life coordinator at St. Thomas Church, Vincennes, and Father Gries is the pastor at Sacred Heart Church, Vincennes, and St. Philip Neri Church, Bicknell. There will be two opportunities to attend an adult faith formation session on the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Life of St. Faustina.
A video and pamphlets for reciting the chaplet will be available. All are welcome to attend the sessions and prepare for Divine Mercy Sunday which is April 19.
- The first session will be held at Sacred Heart Parish in Vincennes in Becher Hall on Thursday, March 19, at 6:30 p.m. There will also be recitation of the rosary at 5:15 p.m., Mass at 5:30 p.m., followed by the Stations of the Cross.
- A second session will be held at St. Thomas Parish in Vincennes on Sunday, March 29, at 2 p.m. with the Stations of the Cross and Benediction, followed by the presentation about the Divine Mercy Chaplet.
