Health care reform from Catholic viewpoint is appreciated
To the editor:
Compliments to the Message and Editor Paul Leingang for work to add a careful, intelligent dimension to the health care reform discussion. The articles on Forty Days to Health Reform, in the “To Your Health” column and by St. Mary Hospital’s Tim Flesch recently are an excellent resource.
I wish that Mr. Flesch’s commentary could be printed in area secular newspapers.
Catholic social teaching is a great gift our faith gives to this nation. Taking the long view and the common good view is so important.
