People We Care About
Following is a feature in the Message, designed to help draw together the People of God in southwestern Indiana. Readers are invited to submit information about people who may benefit by some extra prayers and attention.
• Benedictine Sister Geraldine Hedinger continues to recuperate from surgery. She is the diocesan director in the Office for Adult Formation.
Last week she wrote an e-mail to the staff at the Catholic Center in Evansville and to the DREs explaining the surgery. “They are going to do a procedure to stop the fluid from building up in my lungs. I’ll be in the hospital for about a week. I am counting on your prayers.”
