Around the Diocese

Eucharistic Adoration

“We have recently started Eucharistic Adoration before each of our weekday Masses at both St. Celestine and St. Raphael parishes,” writes Father Ron Kreilein, pastor.

“It is very gratifying to see several parishioners arrive early to spend some time in the Real Presence of Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament on the altar.”

Father Kreilein said, “I encourage everyone to come by early before Mass and spend some time with Jesus. Even if you can’t make it to Eucharistic Adoration during the week, come early to Mass on Sunday and spend some time with Jesus. He is in the Tabernacle, which is why we genuflect when we come to our pews. We show Him respect and acknowledge His Real Presence in the Eucharist, kept inside the Tabernacle.”
