Around the Diocese

Questions answered

“I’d like to offer a new service to you,” writes Father Ron Kreilein to parishioners at St. Peter Cel-estine Church, Celestine, and St. Raphael Church, Dubois.

“Starting next week, if you’d like to write me a question that you’d like to have answered, please either e-mail me or send me a note and drop it in the collection basket.

“If I can find the answer, I will reply back in my column in the bulletin. Two questions I think you can forget about my responding to: When can women get ordained and when can married men become priests? As I have written before, I am going to uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church to the best of my ability. Right now these two questions are not being considered as a possibility.

“I am looking forward to hearing your questions.”
