The 2010-2011 official student count for our 28 Catholic schools occurs each year at the end of October as we prepare the enrollment report for the\

National Catholic Education Association. While the overall school enrollments continue to remain stable, we are experiencing growth in our early childhood programs. Currently, we provide those first academic steps in a faith based setting for over 1,160 pre-school and pre-kindergarten students.

Our partnerships with our families grow stronger each year as we provide a quality Catholic education to the 7, 209 students enrolled in our schools which are located in eight of the twelve counties in southwestern Indiana. I am pleased with the initiative taken by the principals and school boards across the diocese. They are working diligently to convey the message that a Catholic education is an A+ faith based experience that not only produces tomorrow’s leaders but also strengthens our parish communities. We are grateful to ISPD and to John Cooper for guiding these marketing efforts. Our goal is to increase enrollment as well as diversity within our student population.

Opportunities to visit our schools and see firsthand what a difference they make will be provided during open houses held from November through March. Please contact your local Catholic school for dates and times.
